As the sale and retention of the amounts collected are the sole responsibility of Ingresso Rápido and Theatro Municipal of Rio de Janeiro, the tickets already purchased must be refunded through the same means of purchase:
- Tickets purchased through the website, app, or points of sale of Ingresso Rápido: Instructions for requesting a refund can be obtained on the website www.ingressorapido.com.br.
