Due to the floods that hit Porto Alegre and much of Rio Grande do Sul, we inform you that the Il Divo, scheduled to take place on May 26th at the Araújo Vianna Auditorium, was cancelled.

The other shows no < /b>Brazil are confirmed:

May 18th in Rio de Janeiro, at Vivo Rio

May 19th in Belo Horizonte, at Arena Hall

May 23 in São Paulo, at Espaço Unimed

May 25th in Curitiba, at Teatro Guaíra

Next, we will explain how your refund will be made according to the payment method used:

Credit card:
The refund will be made to the same card used during the purchase and will appear on the next or subsequent invoice, starting from the date the purchase was cancelled. The deadline will start from receipt of the cancellation confirmation email.
Purchases paid in installments on a credit card (with or without interest) will be refunded in a single payment and if there are installments due, they will be paid in advance on the same invoice on which the refund occurs.

Pix:
The refund will be made to the same bank account used to make the payment via PIX, and may appear in your account within 5 days.

Boleto:
O reembolso será feito através de depósito em conta. Para isso, você deve me informar os dados abaixo:

• Conta Corrente (com digito) – se for conta poupança, especificar na mensagem:
O crédito na conta especificada será realizado em até 20 (vinte) dias a partir do envio dos dados acima, caso todos os dados estejam corretos.

Cartão de Débito (Nupay):
O reembolso será feito na mesma conta bancária utilizada para realização do pagamento via débito, e poderá aparecer na sua conta em até 5 dias.

Cartão de Débito (Presencial):
O reembolso será feito na mesma conta bancária utilizada para realização do pagamento via débito, e poderá aparecer na sua conta em até 20 dias.

Dinheiro (Presencial):
