After selling out the Teatro Bradesco in January and Vivo Rio in March, Tiago Iorc, one of the most talked-about names in the new generation of Brazilian music, returns to Rio in September for a special night. This will be his first time performing on one of the most important stages in the country, the Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro.
Tiago has been filling theaters and concert halls across the country, and even abroad, with his show from the latest album, Troco Likes.
The artist, who has also found success in Japan and South Korea, is one of those rare cases where an artist manages to connect with a large audience due to the high quality of his work.
With a beautiful voice and great creative restlessness, the Brasilia-born musician, raised abroad, has seen his audience grow significantly with each tour.
Even with 11 songs featured in Globo soap operas in recent years, the general public took time to associate these hits with Tiago's voice. His first albums featured only songs sung in English (Tiago was schooled in England and felt more comfortable writing in English).
It was only last year, with the release of his first album entirely in Portuguese, that his career truly began to take off.
In 2016, Tiago already had three songs among the most played on radio stations across the country: Amei Te Ver (which even had a video with Bruna Marquezine), Me Espera (a collaboration with Sandy), and Coisa Linda.
To top off the year, his name has just been nominated for the 'Prêmio Multishow de Música Brasileira' in the category of 'Best Singer.'
